SEIU Local 1107 at Rep. Joe Heck's Las Vegas Offices
Las Vegas – Jul. 28 SEIU joined AFL-CIO and many other Unions to stand up for jobs and the middle class. Marching in front of Rep. Joe Heck’s offices in the Southwest Valley, activists for working families demanded House Republicans stop using jobs, Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare hostage to push through a harmful and unnecessary debt ceiling agreement.
The Unions called on all members to continue reaching out to their representatives. Union leaders vowed to continue bringing the message of their members and the working middle-class to Nevada’s representatives.
