Healthcare Providers React to Endoscopy Clinic Crisis

SEIU Nevada members have worked hard to raise healthcare standards statewide. With the recent Endoscopy Clinic crisis, we know that as a state and community, we can do more to build higher standards.

We need to create safe, and enforceable staffing ratios, because fully and appropriately staffed healthcare facilities are the best way to ensure frontline workers are able to be effective advocates for their patients.

We need whistleblower protections to ensure every frontline healthcare professional can speak out for safe, quality patient care.
