Every four years, SEIU members have an opportunity to make a decision about the direction of our organization.  At our 2008 Convention, SEIU members will again face historic decisions that will have a major impact on our families, our communities, and all working people.

By working together, SEIU members have built the most successful workers’ organization of our time and the leading advocacy group in North America.

Proposed Strategies for 2008-2012

SEIU members will be discussing two sets of proposed strategies.  Both sets of strategies reflect the ongoing goals of SEIU - strengthening workers voices, building a more open and democratic union and helping more workers unite to win at work.  Click on the following links to find out more about how the plans are similar, and how they differ.
